Disclaimer - I test each file on my own PC. I only have 1 PC that is set up 1 way. I cannot test these downloads under every possible condition. Your PC has files that mine don't, you've downloaded other objects that I don't have. Each file that I distribute has caused no problem on my PC. I am not responsible for any damage or loss of data due to the use of files downloaded from this site. You are using them of your own will - and have the right to not download anything from my site.
If you do experience any problems, please contact me via links from my home page or the DCL Discussion Board and I will try to correct them. Until they are corrected the links will be removed on my site. Thus, if you can download a file from this site - I have not been notified of any problems with that file.

Distribution - My files are exclusive to DCL(Dave's Coaster Land) and other sites that have my permission to distribute them. Files downloaded from this site were created by me - thus owned by me unless otherwise noted. I don't take other peoples objects and 're-color' them so please don't take mine unless permission is granted. If you are distributing my files without my permission please stop. You are in violation of this policy. If you wish to continue distributing my files please contact me via links on my home page.

Cloning - If you want to clone my objects please create new objects. Simple color changes DO NOT constitute new objects. Any cloning of my objects will be left to my descretion to determine if the changes constitutes a new object.

I have the right to change my policy as I see fit. You have the right to download my objects and enjoy playing The Sims. You are not forced to use files from DCL - once again - It is your choice to use them. Any file that I will allow to be distributed or cloned freely will be noted on that files download section. If it is not noted ,that file falls under the provisions set in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms than don't download my files.
